She has made no secret of just how hard she has been training to get in shape previously posting a short Instagram video which showed a series of hardcore gym moves.
The video shows her in a series of intense moves including press ups, TRX work and pushing and pulling huge weights across the gym floor.

'I was given help when I needed it, now I would like to be able to help someone.
