We ran through some names and got Simon to tell us whether they had potential to become X Factor judges
With Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole the only two confirmed names for this year's X Factor and the possibility that Louis Walsh will be returning, speculation has been rife about who will fill the fourth seat.
So, we thought it was about time we gave the media mogul some help and gave him a few names of celebrities to possibly fill the fourth seat on the panel before the show returrns later this year.
Having given Kanye West's name, Simon pondered: "Yeah, he'd be fun", before saying of 'Happy' star Pharrell Williams: "Yeah, But I think he's too busy." Well of course he would as the star has signed to appear as a coach on The Voice.
We wonder if Si will take on board the names we gave him (WENN)
Whilst he insisted that he has "never spoken" to Miley Cyrus, he also ruled out former X Factor winner James Arthur when he told EntertainmentWise: "I think that's a no."
Despite showing interest in Kanye, Simon wasn't so keen on the idea of Kim Kardashian joining the panel, noting: "Yeah right". But she wasn't the only one who got a thumbs down from Mr Cowell as he said of Leona Lewis:
"I don't think she'd be mean enough. She's too nice."
Meanwhile,"are you crazy", was Simon's response when we gave him Paris Hilton's name .
With the auditions for the new series of the X Factor already under way, we don't think it will be too long before Simon picks his fourth judge.
We wonder if he'll take on some of our suggestions...
