Miley Cyrus' latest illness has caused her to pull the plug on a second concert in as many days, and a new report from the US claims that the devastation caused by her dog's death recently has completely worn her out.
"What Miley is suffering from is more than an allergic reaction to antibiotics," a source said, according to HollywoodLife (via Hello!).
"She's really suffering from the death of Floyd. Floyd was her best friend. She feels like a part of her, a big part of her, has died."

Understandably, it is claimed that her family are more than a little worried about her - and what she needs right now is a lot of rest.
"She hasn't been sleeping and it's caught up with her. She is exhausted, beyond exhausted physically, mentally and emotionally, and her family is concerned," the alleged insider continued.
"She really hasn't had any time off and she would have collapsed on stage had she kept going — she needs liquids, hydration, and most importantly, sleep.
"The sleep deprivation has caused massive havoc on her emotional well-being."
Floyd died earlier this month, and the star posted a serious of posts on her Twitter account mourning his passing and telling her fans how much agony she was in.
Let's hope she's back to her usual self soon.
