But her ex, Chris Martin, appeared happy and smiling as he bounded on to the stage at the Annual Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony in New York.
The Coldplay frontman, who wasn't wearing his wedding ring, was at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn to welcome British rocker Peter Gabriel into the prestigious Hall Of Fame for his work as a solo artist.

Chris, wearing a black leather jacket over a white T-shirt and black jeans, grinned broadly as he hugged Peter before performing on stage.
The 37-year-old and Gwyneth announced their 'conscious uncoupling' on the actress's lifestyle website GOOP on March 25.

The 41-year-old was still wearing her ring on Tuesday, but she may take it off after seeing Chris's light-hearted performance at the Hall Of Fame.
An article in the New York Post's Page Six has claimed the Iron Man 3 actress was keen to allow people to believe they had no problems.
But Chris reportedly felt it was 'wrong' to pretend everything was fine and forced a public announcement that their 10-year union was over.

In their 'conscious uncoupling' statement the pair said: 'We have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.
'We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been.'
